11 - 60 milliliters sweet chili sauce
12 - 15 milliliters Sriracha sauce
13 - 8 grams granulated sugar
14 - 10 milliliters fresh lime juice

15 - 30 grams sliced green onions

# How to Make It:

01 - Rinse raw shrimp under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk and egg until well blended.
03 - In a separate dish, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, ground paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.
04 - Dip each shrimp into the buttermilk mixture, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture, gently shaking off excess.
05 - Lightly spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and evenly arrange shrimp in a single layer.
06 - Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until shrimp are golden and crisp.
