1-Minute Air Fryer Donuts (Printable)

Fluffy biscuit dough air-fried to golden perfection and coated in cinnamon sugar for a quick sweet snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Donuts

01 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
02 - Nonstick cooking spray

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (60 g)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - Separate the biscuit dough into 8 individual biscuits and use a small round cutter (1 inch) to cut holes in the center of each to form donut shapes. Reserve the cut-out dough for donut holes if desired.
03 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
04 - Arrange the donuts in a single layer inside the basket. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the donuts are golden brown and puffed. Cook in batches if necessary.
05 - While the donuts cook, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
06 - Immediately brush the cooked donuts on all sides with melted butter, then toss thoroughly in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
07 - Serve the donuts warm. Repeat the cooking and coating process with remaining donuts and reserved donut holes.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This is the fastest way to satisfy a donut craving without heating up your oven or making a mess
  • They come out incredibly fluffy with that perfect crisp exterior, just like bakery donuts but faster
02 -
  • Work in batches instead of crowding the basket or they will steam instead of getting crisp and golden
  • Coat them right out of the air fryer because warm donuts grab onto that cinnamon sugar like magic
03 -
  • Use the smallest cutter you have for the donut holes because they puff up a lot while cooking
  • Spray your basket between batches even if it looks nonstick or the second batch will stick disappointingly
