01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and position the rack in the middle.
02 - In a medium bowl, coat shredded chicken evenly with barbecue sauce.
03 - Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute barbecue chicken over each flatbread.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over chicken, then scatter red onion slices on top.
05 - Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and lightly golden.
06 - Remove from oven and immediately garnish each flatbread with chopped cilantro. Slice and serve warm.
