# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
02 - Cook elbow macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to form a smooth paste.
04 - Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until thickened, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan cheeses, mustard powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until completely smooth and combined.
