12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 1 to 2 tablespoons brewed coffee or milk
14 - Additional sprinkles for decoration
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 12-cavity donut pan or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together cooled brewed coffee, whole milk, melted unsalted butter, large eggs, and pure vanilla extract until homogeneous.
04 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently, mixing only until just combined to prevent overworking the batter.
05 - Fold rainbow sprinkles into the batter, distributing evenly.
06 - Spoon the batter into the prepared pan or muffin tin, filling each cavity approximately three-quarters full.
07 - Transfer pan to oven and bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
08 - Remove donuts from oven and let rest in pan for 5 minutes. Transfer donuts to a wire rack and cool completely.
09 - Combine powdered sugar with 1 to 2 tablespoons brewed coffee or milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth and pourable.
10 - Dip cooled donuts into glaze, letting excess drip off. Immediately top with additional sprinkles.
11 - Allow donuts to sit for 10 to 15 minutes for glaze to set before serving.
