# What You'll Need:
→ Blondie Base
01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
04 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
06 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
→ Mix-ins
09 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
10 - 1 cup mini pretzels, roughly chopped
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sea salt until evenly distributed.
03 - In a separate large mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until smooth. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is fully incorporated.
04 - Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula, mixing just until no streaks of flour remain.
05 - Gently fold in chocolate chips and chopped pretzels until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
06 - Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 23–28 minutes, or until the blondie is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center reveals moist crumbs.
07 - Allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Lift out using parchment, then cut into 16 squares for serving.
