09 - 24 small capers
10 - 1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars from each bread slice, yielding 24 stars.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until smooth and evenly mixed.
03 - Spread a generous spoonful of tuna mixture onto half of the bread stars.
04 - Top the filled bread stars with the remaining bread stars to form sandwiches.
05 - Press two black olive slices onto one point of each sandwich to create eyes, placing a caper at the center of each olive slice.
06 - Enhance the star points with small diced carrot pieces for extra detail, if desired.
07 - Arrange the mini sandwiches on a platter and serve chilled.
