02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
03 - 1 small ripe banana

07 - A few fresh blueberries
08 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
# How to Make It:
01 - Add kefir, blueberries, banana, ground flaxseed, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
