# What You'll Need:
→ Snack Bar Base
01 - 2 cups rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
03 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt
→ Homemade Gummies
07 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice, such as apple, berry, or orange
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
→ Mash-Up Toppings
10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit, lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy, crushed or chopped
# How to Make It:
01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until an even, cohesive mixture forms. Press firmly and evenly into prepared pan. Refrigerate to set and chill while making gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin evenly over the top. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to bloom. Gently heat over low, stirring constantly until gelatin is fully dissolved. Blend in honey, mix well, and immediately pour into a parchment-lined small baking dish. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for 45 to 60 minutes until completely set.
04 - Once the gummies are firm, remove from dish and cut into small cubes suitable for topping.
05 - Retrieve the chilled oat base and sprinkle evenly with gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruit, and freeze-dried candy. Press the assorted toppings gently into the surface.
06 - Return the assembled pan to the refrigerator and chill for 10 to 15 minutes to allow all layers to set.
07 - Lift the entire slab out of the pan using the parchment paper edges. Slice cleanly into 12 equal bars and serve.
