# How to Make It:
- Combine cream cheese, chives, and mayonnaise if desired in a small bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Use star-shaped cookie cutters in three sizes to cut large, medium, and small stars from both white and whole wheat bread slices.
- Apply a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each bread star.
- Sprinkle diced red bell pepper onto one-third of the stars and diced cucumber onto another third to add variety and texture.
- Stack the stars from largest to smallest, alternating bread types for contrast.
- Insert a skewer or toothpick through each stack to hold layers together.
- Place a cherry tomato or a star-shaped piece of yellow bell pepper on top of each sandwich stack.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the sandwiches for a pine needle effect.
- Arrange sandwiches on a platter and serve immediately.
