# How to Make It:
01 - Combine strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Evenly distribute the strawberry puree between two tall glasses.
03 - Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.
04 - Gently pour 3/4 cup chilled oat milk over the strawberry layer in each glass.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water using a bamboo whisk or small frother until frothy and smooth.
