07 - 2 tablespoons milk
→ For Serving
08 - 1/4 cup honey mustard or preferred dipping sauce
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with a pinch of salt if using unsalted pretzels. Set aside.
03 - In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk until combined.
04 - In another shallow bowl, blend crushed pretzels, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
05 - Dip each sweet potato cube in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the pretzel mixture. Press gently for even adhesion.
06 - Place the coated sweet potato cubes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, spacing them apart.
07 - Transfer baking sheet to the oven and bake for 22 to 25 minutes, turning cubes halfway through, until cubes are golden brown and fork-tender.
08 - Serve warm with honey mustard or selected dipping sauce.
