# How to Make It:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and thoroughly blended.
- Place a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Evenly spread approximately one-fourth of the cheese mixture onto the surface, ensuring coverage to the edges.
- Arrange 1.75 ounces sliced turkey breast evenly across the top of the cheese spread. Scatter a handful (about 0.5 ounces) of spinach leaves over the turkey.
- Starting from one edge, roll up the tortilla firmly to create a compact log.
- Repeat cheese spreading, layering, and rolling with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla log in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to facilitate easier slicing.
- Unwrap each chilled tortilla log and trim off the ends. Slice each roll into 6 uniform pinwheels.
- Display pinwheels neatly on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
