Savory turkey, cheese, and spinach rolled in soft tortillas create party-perfect pinwheels.

# What You'll Need:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

→ Spreads & Cheese

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
05 - 3.5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

→ Meats

06 - 7 ounces sliced turkey breast

→ Vegetables

07 - 2 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

→ Seasonings

08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and thoroughly blended.
02 - Place a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Evenly spread approximately one-fourth of the cheese mixture onto the surface, ensuring coverage to the edges.
03 - Arrange 1.75 ounces sliced turkey breast evenly across the top of the cheese spread. Scatter a handful (about 0.5 ounces) of spinach leaves over the turkey.
04 - Starting from one edge, roll up the tortilla firmly to create a compact log.
05 - Repeat cheese spreading, layering, and rolling with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
06 - Wrap each rolled tortilla log in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to facilitate easier slicing.
07 - Unwrap each chilled tortilla log and trim off the ends. Slice each roll into 6 uniform pinwheels.
08 - Display pinwheels neatly on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They’re bite-sized and utterly satisfying for both grown-ups and kids, especially when you’re pressed for time.
  • You can change up the fillings and spreads to suit everyone’s tastes, and they’ll still disappear from the platter.
02 -
  • If tortillas are too cold, they’ll break when rolled—let them come to room temperature first.
  • Chilling the pinwheels before slicing is the trick to perfectly shaped bites and keeps the filling intact.
03 -
  • Letting the cheese spread rest for a few minutes softens the texture and makes spreading quick and easy.
  • Plastic wrap isn’t just for chilling—it shapes each roll and keeps them tidy for serving.
