→ For Serving

10 - Warm pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks — for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - Place crumbled feta, softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse, then process continuously for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
02 - Spoon the whipped mixture into a shallow serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create gentle swirls across the surface to accept toppings.
03 - Drizzle honey and olive oil evenly over the swirled surface, then scatter chopped walnuts, chopped fresh herbs and lemon zest. Finish with a few grinds of black pepper.
04 - Present immediately alongside warm pita, crackers or vegetable sticks so the dip is enjoyed at its creamiest texture.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This dip looks impressive but takes almost no effort, which friends always assume is your secret kitchen superpower.
  • The combination of tangy, creamy, and sweet means there’s never a scrap left at any party.
02 -
  • If your feta is too dry, the dip won’t come together smoothly—always use a creamy, brined block.
  • Blitz the feta alone for a few pulses before adding other ingredients for silkier results.
03 -
  • Taste before serving—the saltiness of feta varies wildly, so adjust with a touch more yogurt if needed.
  • A pinch of chili flakes gives the sweetest bites a subtle kick—trust me, it’s addictive.
