# How to Make It:
- Place the round loaf of whole wheat bread on a large serving platter to serve as the hedgehog's body.
- Evenly spread hummus or herbed cream cheese over the top half of the loaf to secure the vegetable spines.
- Insert carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, bell pepper strips, and radish halves upright into the spread, fanning them out evenly to resemble spines.
- Attach black olives as eyes and a cherry tomato or grape as the nose, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Spoon remaining dips into small bowls and arrange them around the platter alongside breadsticks and crackers.
- Add fresh chives or parsley as garnish to enhance presentation.
