# What You'll Need:
→ Pastry
01 - 2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry (about 8.8 oz each), thawed if frozen
→ Filling
02 - 6 tablespoons Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread
→ Topping
03 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
04 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
# How to Make It:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll one sheet of puff pastry and place it on the prepared baking tray.
03 - Evenly spread Nutella over the pastry, leaving a 0.4-inch border around the edges.
04 - Place the second sheet of puff pastry over the Nutella, aligning edges carefully.
05 - Position a small glass at the center without pressing down. Using a sharp knife, cut 16 equal strips from the glass edge to the pastry edges, forming sun ray shapes.
06 - Gently twist each strip 2 to 3 times. Optionally, pinch the ends together to enhance the snowflake effect.
07 - Remove the glass and brush the entire pastry surface with beaten egg to promote browning.
08 - Bake the pastry in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
09 - Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm or at room temperature.
