03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - In a clean glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice. Stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured with a rubber band. Allow to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours, until lightly fizzy and tangy.
03 - Remove and strain out the kefir grains or ginger bug, reserving for future use if desired.
04 - In a pitcher, mix the fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to combine flavors.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, pour in the soda mocktail, and garnish each glass with a slice of orange and additional mint leaves if preferred.
