01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

02 - 1 sheet (9 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or line with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry to a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into an individual muffin cup to form shells.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell.
05 - Add a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each Brie cube.
06 - Sprinkle chopped nuts and finely chopped rosemary over each bite, if using.
