03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - Pinch of salt

09 - 24 thin strips of black olives
10 - 24 small squares of yellow bell pepper or cheddar cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Place crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; top each with a cheddar slice.
03 - Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese softens but does not bubble, then remove and cool slightly.
04 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, chopped roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe a dollop of dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Place a black olive strip over the dip to mimic a belt and top with a small yellow pepper or cheddar square as the buckle.
