01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and sea salt in a bowl; mix until smooth and well blended.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each bread slice and top with another slice, forming 5 sandwiches. Press gently to adhere.
03 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut 4 circles from each sandwich.
04 - Pour shredded coconut onto a small plate.
05 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich bite with water or extra cream cheese to help coconut adhere, then roll sides and tops in coconut to create a snowball effect.
