09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
11 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
12 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
13 - Pinch of salt
# How to Make It:
01 - Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer until smooth and airy.
02 - Add pumpkin puree, sour cream, light brown sugar, powdered sugar, instant espresso powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt to the cream cheese. Continue mixing until everything is creamy and fully blended.
03 - Whip the heavy cream in a separate mixing bowl using a mixer until stiff peaks form.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture using a rubber spatula. Blend until the dip is light and fluffy.
05 - Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
