# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
02 - Brown ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat, draining excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
04 - Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper; cook for 3 to 4 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat.
05 - Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Cover with 3 lasagna noodles, one-third of the meat mixture, one-third of the cheddar and mozzarella, and a few dollops of sour cream.
06 - Repeat layering two more times, finishing with a cheese layer on top.
07 - Cover dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
08 - Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
09 - Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Optionally garnish with sliced jalapeños, cilantro, and green onions.
