- Meats: 12 slices prosciutto, 12 slices salami, 12 slices soppressata, 8 slices capicola
- Cheeses: 150 g brie cut into wedges, 100 g manchego sliced, 100 g cheddar cubed, 80 g goat cheese crumbled
- Fruits: 1 cup red grapes, 1 cup green grapes, 1 small pomegranate seeds only, 1 pear thinly sliced
- Extras & Garnishes: 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts), 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1/4 cup olives (green or black), fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs, edible flowers optional
