- Milk & Ice: ½ cup (120 ml) plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy); 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Whisk Tahini Mixture:
- In a small bowl or pitcher whisk together tahini maple syrup (or honey) vanilla extract and sea salt until smooth and fully combined
- Prepare Glasses:
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes
- Pour Coffee:
- Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the glasses
- Add Tahini Mixture:
- Add the tahini mixture to each glass and stir well to combine
- Top with Milk:
- Top with plant-based milk and gently stir for a creamy finish
- Adjust & Serve:
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired Serve immediately
